[Pilot-Unix] prc-tools 0.3.1 released

Here is a minor release of prc-tools.

ftp://ns1.pfnet.com/pub/PalmOS/prc-tools.0.3.1.tar.gz

This release fixes many small things in the 0.3.0 release. Most noteably,
the data() macro now gets the right address, and function calls *work*
provided one applies the gcc patch provided. System traps have been
optimized a little. The PilotMain() function now takes the same type
arguments as it does under USR's compiler and it's prototype has been
restored to the header files. A dummy setjmp.h was added. Fixes to
obj-res to generate pref resources. The example Makefile now should build
the .prc file with the resources in the correct order to work with USR's
Desktop tools. Many more things I likely forgot.

I've messed about with this stuff quite a lot, I expect that most ppl will
have little trouble building applications with it now. Are there enough
interested Linux users for me to post binaries of the toolchain? Do we
want to build binaries of the toolchain for other systems?

TODO: Still working on transparent .bss and .data

Happy Hacking.
