[Pilot-Unix] prc-tools 0.3.0 released

It's been a long night, so this one is deserving of a new major number :-)

ftp://ns1.pfnet.com/pub/PalmOS/prc-tools.0.3.0.tar.gz is available.

Changes from 0.2.2...

	- The USR headers have been munged through a perl script that
	  Ken posted and I modified.  Both the script and the headers
	  are included.

	- This would be the first release with everything needed to do
	  useful work.

While I'm thinking about it, I tracked down a copy of the gcc for Mac that
Mark had mentioned, (it's on Cygnus site in /pub/mac) but the word is that
it's not for GNU as.  Also, I don't really want to download the whole thing,
we only need the machine definition, and it's in some Mac format I don't
know how to deal with.

Perhaps Mark could take a look.  We're at the point now that we're going
to have to start looking seriously at this position independant code.  If
we want to go further, that is :-)
