[Pilot-Unix] prc-tools 0.4.1 released

This is release 0.4.1 of the prc-tools.

Soon to be mirrored at Kresten's site, as well as others
no doubt.

New functionality includes debugging support with gdb, which is
still a work in progress.  Kresten Krab Thorup is always way ahead, 
many thanks to him for this :-)

Cross compiling for CygWin32 should now require no source
changes if -DCYGWIN32 is added to CFLAGS in the top level Makefile.
Let me know how this works out if you try it.

This release contains a bug fix to obj-res which caused errors
with large .data and .bss (global data) sections.  Hopefully this
is the last time I'll have to fix it...

If I've missed anyone's patches, please let me know (OS/2 guys,
let me know what you need).

Soon we'll have better support than MW, the debug support with gdb
goes a long way towards this.
