Subject: pilot-link v0.12.1 "Fresh Air" is now available

3 years since the last release, then 1 week from that release until this
one.

WHEW!

There isn't much "new" in this release, just some rapid-fire bug fixes
reported from users and a lot of code has been cleaned up in the tree to
remove unnecessary includes (check doxygen for the results).

I'm working on cleaning up more, documenting more and making it easier
to use and work with.

     1. Code cleanup in libpisock, libpisync, src and include
     2. Fixed the installation faux pas with udev rules, oops!

        You can download the release here until the bandwidth calms down
        a bit, and then I'll put it up on the pilot-link.org website for
        everyone else to download.
